Terms of service

These terms apply when you hire S4S International, trading as S4SIT Solution ("we", "us"). A signed proposal or service agreement for your project takes priority over these terms where the two differ.

Scope of work

Every project starts with a written proposal or agreement that sets out what we will deliver, the timeline and the price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and starts only after you agree in writing.

Fees and payment

• Invoices are issued by S4S International and list the amount, due date and payment details.
• Project work starts once the agreed advance is paid. Monthly services are billed at the start of each month.
• Advertising spend is separate from our fee. It is paid to the advertising platform, either directly by you or as set out in your agreement, and is shown in your reports.
• Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, themes, apps and platform subscriptions are paid by you or invoiced at cost, as agreed.

Your responsibilities

• Provide content, product information and account access in good time.
• Make sure you have the right to use any material you give us, and that your products and claims follow the law and the rules of each platform.
• Review and approve work within a reasonable time.

Results

We work to agreed goals and report honestly on progress, but we do not guarantee specific sales, rankings or ad results. Advertising platforms can reject ads or restrict accounts under their own policies, and those decisions are outside our control.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, the website, designs, photos, videos and other deliverables made for you belong to you. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other's business information confidential, during the project and after it ends.

Cancellation

Either side may end a project or monthly service with written notice; email is enough. Fees for work already done remain payable, and refunds follow our refund policy.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim connected with a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Both sides will first try to settle any dispute through good-faith discussion.
