Connect your Page
Turn on the S4SIT Messenger order assistant for your Facebook Page.
The assistant replies to customers who message your Page, answers questions about your products in English or Bangla, and saves orders (name, phone, address and product) to your order sheet so your team can confirm and deliver them.
- Log in with the Facebook account that manages your Page.
- Choose the Page you want the assistant to work on and click Connect.
- Send a test message to your Page. The assistant will reply within a few seconds.
We only ask for access to the Pages you choose. You can disconnect at any time from this page or from your Facebook settings.
What we access
- The list of Pages you manage, so you can pick one to connect.
- Messages sent to the connected Page, so the assistant can read and reply to them.
- Basic Page details (name and picture), shown here so you can see which Page is connected.
